Her partner, Seb Adams joined Trailblazers and brings a wealth of experience in technology, sales and cognitive behaviour. Joanna Kane

She was trained and accredited by the prestigious Coaches Training Institute (San Rafael, California) Her background spans almost 20 years within both the corporate world and with smaller more entrepreneurial organisations. She has worked across a number of industries including technology, banking and search and selection and she has also worked at Director level and understands from first hand experience some of the challenges and opportunities  this can present.

Seb Adams

He was also trained and accredited by the Coaches Training Institute. He is a graduate of the Coactive Spaces' Leadership program. He has worked in a wide variety of organisations from large multinationals to hugely successful internet start-ups.
